It is most likely a memory problem at Internet Explorer. Please do the following:

  • Go to Tools > Internet Options > Delete Cookies
  • Press YES
  • Close your Internet Explorer and reopen it; the problem should be resolved.

How do I begin to make a purchase?

Just follow these easy steps:

  • Create an account on gamershideout.com.my.
  • Log in to your account and add the items you want to purchase into your shopping cart.
  • Once you're done, go to your shopping cart and click on the Continue button.
  • Ensure your delivery address details are correct and click on the Checkout button.
  • An automated reply will be sent to your e-mail address. You may wish to keep it for future reference. Certain service providers like Hotmail, Yahoo and Streamyx may block our automated replies.
  • You can now proceed to make payment for your order. Do give us a call to check on the items' availability before you make payment.

Online orders are processed between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

How do I preorder or back-order an item?
Pre-Order: A pre-order is a game or other product which has not yet been made available by the distributor. Pre-order items are marked as "Upcoming Games". For now, we do not have cater for purchasing pre-order items, but do send us an email or give us a call at 03-7725 2775 for any assistance.

Back Order: Back orders are products which are not currently available or out of stock. We will attempt to find and ship back orders to you as they become available. Back orders can take several weeks to fill, depending on the demand for the product. You may need to put down a deposit before we bring in the product.

What is your Return Policy?
Please make sure your computer meets the minimum requirements to install and run the software before you make your purchase. For optimal performance, the computer should meet the recommended requirements. We cannot refund or exchange an opened item if your computer does not meet the minimum requirements to run the software.

Items with manufacturing defects must be returned within seven (7) days of purchase in its original box or package with all accessories and manuals.

We reserve the right to restrict returns to unopened or defective items at our discretion. Defective item will be replaced with a like item, upon return of the defective item.

Items sold are non-returnable or exchangeable for cash.

What about defective discs?
Whenever a game doesn't run, an easy solution would be to assume that the problem lies with a defective disc and ask us to replace the game with a new copy. However, if the problem is not with the disc, you'll end up encountering exactly the same problem with the new copy of the game. In most cases, unless there is a visible defect on the disc, chances are the problem is not with the disc itself. As such, we hope you would take the time to contact the publisher and find a solution to your problem before you ask for a replacement disc.

In the rare event that the problem does lie with the copy of the game you purchased, please be assured that we will attempt to replace the defective copy as quickly as possible. However, if a returned disc is found to be not defective, we reserve the right to assess a RM50.00 charge for labor costs to ensure that this policy is not abused.

Who pays for shipping to replace a defective item or return product?
The buyer is solely responsible for all return shipping and handling costs on any defective item or returned product. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Since we are not the manufacturer, we share the shipping cost with the buyer. The buyer pays for shipping the defective item to us and we pay to ship the replacement back to the buyer.

Gamer’s Hideout is a store, and we do not send a driver to your home to pick up defective items and we do not reimburse you for the time, effort, and money you spent to get your replacement or refund. Our customer service department will utilize its best effort to replace your item in a timely and efficient manner.
